Brian's interest in real estate expands over 20 years. Ever the visionary and small real estate investor, in 1995, shortly after moving to Miami Beach, Brian acquired his first Florida property. He has seen the South Florida real estate market change and mature over the years, particularly in the condominium sector. As a small investor, Brian is very intimate with real estate management and is astute in avoiding the pitfalls of ownership.

He brings with him a wealth of business and professional knowledge and knowledge of the great sunshine state of Florida. He serves clients in residential and commercial real estate. He pays great attention to detail, guiding his clients through every transaction step to make the process seamless. Buyers, sellers, and investors will benefit from his dedication to customer service, an unmatched work ethic, and incomparable knowledge of the South Florida market.

Brian has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from S.U.N.Y Purchase and a Master of Science Degree in Information Systems from Florida International University. Brian worked in a management capacity at several major companies such as Norwegian Cruise Lines, Deloitte and Touché, UBS, and other professional services firms. As a result, he acquired financial managerial and technical experience.

Brian has served on many boards, including condominium boards, and is a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM). These experiences provide him an in-depth knowledge of owning properties in Homeowner Associations and access to FL rules that govern these communities. Brian’s valuable ties to the community extend beyond his professional life. He is an active member of the West Ave Neighborhood Association (WAvNA), which advocates preserving its residents' safety, security, and quality of life.
