Monica Veiga  Realtor

Monica Veiga grew up in Miami-Dade County after moving from New Jersey, where she was born to parents who emigrated from Cuba. She attended Miami-Dade Public Schools and graduated from Southwest Miami High School in 1988. She graduated from Florida Int’l University in 1992, receiving High Honors and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a specialty in Early Childhood. After teaching kindergarten, first, and second grades for nearly 10 years, Monica decided to make a career change. Utilizing her education and persuasion skills, she has successfully transitioned to a Realtor Sales Associate position. She first worked with Cervera Real Estate, where she specialized in condominium and pre-construction sales at Metropolis at Dadeland, Bel Aire on the Ocean, Quantum on the Bay, Vue at Brickell, Epic Residences and Hotel, and The Ponce de Leon. Now as a Realtor Sales Associate, Monica has been selling luxury residential condos for years. She has represented the Related Group as part of the sales team at Paraiso Bay, SLS Residences and Hotel, Baltus House, Hyde Midtown, and most recently at the SLS LUX Residences and Hotel. She also represents buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions in the Miami and Coral Gables area with Related ISG Int’l Realty. Monica has won various Top Producer awards for her high-volume sales throughout her career as a Realtor, which began in 2001. Monica is fluent in English and Spanish.
